Ed Davey, MP for Kingston and Surbiton, has been appointed the Liberal Democrats' education spokesman in a post-election reshuffle, replacing Phil Willis. The Tories announced that Stephen O'Brien, MP for Eddisbury, will replace Charles Hendry as the party's higher education spokesman.
