On January 26, 2007, we published an article entitled "Great Accusations", about which Mr John Hemming MP has complained. We wish to make it clear that we did not intend to suggest that Mr Hemming deliberately misled Parliament, but if our readers understood what was published to mean that, we apologise to Mr Hemming.
