Although lecturers' union Natfhe's finances are much improved in recent years, we cannot claim to have financed Birzeit University's food safety unit as the Monday entry in Don's Diary (91ÇÑ×ÓS, April 7) implied. That honour goes to Britain's Department for International Development.
