BT Cellnet has awarded a Pounds 10,000 bursary to fine-art postgraduate student John Reveler to study at the Surrey Institute of Art and Design for a year. During the year, he will design a cellular telephone mast that is also an "aesthetically pleasing piece of site-specific sculpture". The work will count towards an MPhil award.
