Ministers have formally approved the dissolution of Bilston Community College, in Wolverhampton, following a collapse of management and governance. Bilston will be closed, its property, rights and liabilities divided between the Further Education Funding Council and its neighbour, Wulfrun College, which will become Wolverhampton College.
