UK companies are being held back by a disconnection between graduates and employers, according to a report published this week by Demos and Orange.
Graduates feel out of place in firms that struggle to motivate young people with higher debt, different values and expectations of a better work-life balance. And graduates must develop a better understanding of the rapidly changing needs of their employers, the report says.
