Anglia Polytechnic University's learning technology research centre, Ultralab, led by Stephen Heppell, will jointly administer a pilot phase of a Pounds 6 million project helping British schoolchildren to learn through internet technology. The lab will provide guidance to schoolchildren and their teachers. The Millennium Project is funded by database corporation Oracle which will co-administer developments.
