Thanks to a deal between Sega and BT, students who buy a Pounds 199 Dreamcast games console (pictured above) before they turn up at college for the new academic year will have free internet access and the equipment to use it. All they will need is a phone line. Available in Japan since last November, the Dreamcast will be launched in the United Kingdom on September 23 complete with a modem and web browser, but no keyboard.
