Rock on: acoustics expert Mark Lewney will launch the University of East Anglia's new Centre of Physics on October 18. Dr Lewney, aka the Rock Doctor, uses his electric guitar to help answer the big questions about the universe.
The centre is supported by the Institute of Physics and aims to boost collaborative research between the 30 physicists working at the university, the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and across the Norwich Research Park.
