Sunderland University opened the doors of its ?2 million science park last week. St Peter's Gate was developed in partnership with the Business and Innovation Centre and the City of Sunderland and is located next to the university's riverside campus. Six companies have already moved into St Peter's Gate, with two scheduled to move in and other applications pending.
