Beleaguered Anglia Polytechnic University business school dean Hugh Jenkins has been unhappy about his management style being scrutinised in The 91ÇÑ×ÓS. A sixth-month investigation by The 91ÇÑ×ÓS has revealed allegations of nepotism, bullying and mismanagement against Professor Jenkins made by a significant majority of staff in the department where his son, Jonathan, has been working as a lecturer. The university has insisted that Professor Jenkins is innocent of the charges, and that The 91ÇÑ×ÓS has pursued a vendetta with "inaccurate and biased reporting". The Jenkinses complained to the Press Complaints Commission, accusing The 91ÇÑ×ÓS of breaching the PCC's code of practice, which insists on accuracy and fairness. The PCC has dismissed their complaint, ruling that "no matters have been raised which show a breach of the code".
