An Oxford college has launched a ?17 million fundraising campaign for a major expansion that will include the building of two new quadrangles and a bridge link across a city centre street. As part of the ?29 million project, Pembroke College, physically one of the University of Oxford's smaller colleges, plans a new 170-seat multipurpose auditorium, a cafe and teaching rooms. About ?9 million has already been raised.
