Our foundation universities are recognised as some of the best in the world and have educated Australia’s first female prime minister, the first space-walking astronaut and more than 100 Rhodes Scholars, along with conducting ground-breaking research and discoveries that underpin modern-day life such as medical imaging, development of antibiotics, and the production of the world’s first shatterproof mirrors.

Opening in 2026, we will be home to a highly diverse community of around 70,000 students, who also form part of our global network of 400,000 alumni.

Programs Adelaide University offers more than 400 degrees across in-demand study areas, co-designed with industry and informed by our expert academics, teaching innovation staff, and world-leading research insights. 

Our curriculum is designed for the modern and emerging world with flexibility, strong digital underpinnings, and experimental learning through practicals, projects, seminars, workshops, placements, internships, clinics, in-studio sessions and simulations. 

Students will study common core courses to build the skills that employers want, including areas like AI, entrepreneurship, data knowledges, First Nations knowledges and intercultural understanding.
