Namangan State Technical University is in Namangan city, Uzbekistan. It was founded in 1942 as a teaching institute.
The university has about 600 staff, with nearly half holding PhDs. It offers many courses across 16 faculties and 46 departments, including 54 bachelor¡¯s, 15 master¡¯s and 27 doctoral programmes, available full-time or part-time.
Subjects include languages, literature, social sciences, political science, history, education, psychology, sports, arts, music, geography, economics, maths, science, technology, tourism, hotel management, IT and library studies. I
The campus has eight buildings with 243 classrooms, gyms, sports facilities and four student residences for over 1,500 students. It has labs and spaces for research and learning.
The university works with over 40 partners in Europe and Asia, taking part in international events, exchanges and programmes like Erasmus+.
